WORTH KNOWING

“Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15 NKJV).

HU LIBRARY RESOURCES

Hartwell University connects students to physical and electronic library resources so they can be enriched by the countless volumes of knowledge and wisdom that support their chosen disciplines of study.  These resources are key in fulfilling our mission:

“As a nondenominational Christian institution, Hartwell University (HU) provides willing learners with the understanding, skills, and training necessary for the lifelong unfolding and accomplishment of their God-given purposes.  The University achieves this mission through a character-based, liberal arts education that is rooted in a biblical worldview and the Judeo-Christian traditions of Western society that are the underpinnings of morality, liberty, equality, and the rule of law.”

HU students are given access to library resources through the online Learning Management System (LMS) upon enrollment.  Students are also encouraged to become members of their local libraries to expand their access to pertinent books, journals, and articles.
